A typical 3 meals a day might be:

Breakfast: Mushroom and spinach omelet with steamed carrot, broccoli

Lunch: Grilled chicken salad with avocado, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, hard boiled eggs, bacon, and simple vinaigrette

Dinner: Tenderloin steak with roasted asparagus and red wine sauce.
